Do I need a subscription?
No. NOYCE One includes a free plan with 3-minute market updates. Pro is optional and adds more frequent updates and extra display features.
Differences between Free and Pro plan?
Free includes 3-minute market updates and the essential display features. Pro adds 1-minute market updates and a custom chart view. Both plans use licensed market data.
How often does the display update?
Every 3 minutes on Free, or every minute on Pro. Market data availability and delays depend on the symbol and plan.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. Use the included rechargeable batteries for a cable-free desk, or keep One powered by USB-C. Battery life depends on your settings and Wi-Fi network.
How do I change the settings?
Use the iPhone or Android app to connect One to Wi-Fi, choose the symbols you follow, and change your display settings.
